Mandala is a contemplative work of art. All Mandalas are a basic circle shape, with symbolic connections to its center. It has become a generic term for any plan, chart or geometric pattern which represents the cosmos metaphysically, a microcosm of the universe from the human perspective.
If we shall simplify the artistic Mandalas, we shall find them everywhere in daily life. Even the city square or the soccer ball can be grasped by the mind as Mandalas, in the full meaning of this concept.
